You can purchase ClozeSure once you have instructed your conveyancer, typically shortly after accepting an offer from your buyer. ClozeSure will then provide you with the peace of mind that you are protected in the event that your buyer withdraws in the critical period between exchange and completion.
In the event that you do not proceed to exchange of contracts, you are able to cancel ClozeSure any time before that date and receive a full refund. You will not be eligible for a refund once exchange of contracts has taken place.
