1. ClozeSure is only available to residential property sellers in England and Wales.
2. The maximum property sale price is £1,000,000.
3. The need for the buyer to pay a 10% deposit to the seller's conveyancer on exchange of contracts.
4. The sale contract must be unconditional and the period between exchange and completion must not exceed three months. Vacant possession must be given on completion.
5. The seller must use the services of both an Estate Agent and Conveyancer.
6. The buyer must have no family, social or commercial connection to the seller.  The only connection allowed is the actual property transaction.
7. The buyer cannot be an from overseas/abroad, i.e. outside the United Kingdom.
8. The buyer cannot be a company, trust or any other corporate entity.
