Does ClozeSure cover me as the buyer of a property?

ClozeSure only provides cover to the property owner/seller against failure by their property buyer (i.e. ‘buyer default’) to complete on their purchase through no fault of the seller, post exchange of contracts & receipt of deposit, which must be at least 10% of the property agreed sale price
